this blog consists of certain things that certain people may or may not have a problem with, and here they are:

• i post a lot sometimes. less now since the semester started, but i will have days where i post a lot especially during breaks when i have been known to post upwards of 100 posts in one go. again, this isn’t an everyday thing and now i post at a much more reasonable level, but just a fair warning.
• i post about race and social justice a lot. i consider this a good thing, but others do not, and if you’re one of those people, you would not like this blog.
• i also post pretty pictures a lot, and if you are here only for the social justice, you might not like this blog.
• now here’s the big one that loses me the most followers, so don’t say i didn’t warn you: i am a poc meanie. this means that i will generally not be nice to you (unless you get REALLY lucky) if i perceive you to be making privileged, ignorant statements at me. i make disparaging comments about white privilege and whiteness as a construct all the time. people have accused me of hating all white people although that is not true. i educate people sometimes, but i also cannot stand when people expect me to educate them. if you really are someone who doesn’t care to be educated or learn about poc perspectives on race, don’t bother following no matter how pretty the pictures. or if you think you’ll be ok with it and it ends up being that you are not, please don’t say i didn’t warn you. i am a nice person, but i often have very little patience for white privilege, and i don’t try to hide that one bit. as long as you are a good meaningful ally, i don’t see how we would have a problem.
• other than that, this blog is kinda my life and means a lot to me, so at the very least, you can expect i am giving it the love and attention and passion i feel a blog deserves.
